Build A Team Charter
A team charter is a powerful tool for engaging and aligning a team around shared purpose, priorities, commitments, and accountabilities. Co-created by the team, it captures agreements on the organization’s mandate vis a vis the team, team purpose, roles, strengths, outcomes, and collaboration practices. Whether working in-person, hybrid, or fully remote, co-creating a team charter is a wonderful team development exercise in and of itself.
