I will work with you to  source a Self- 180- or 360-degree feedback tool in order refine your presence, expand your skills and foster your resilience, creativity, and confidence, 

First 100

Supporting newly appointed senior leaders as they establish their leadership brand within a new team or organization. Our focus will allow for thoughtful consideration around Why you, why now? How do you want to be known?  Beyond expertise, how will your character, presence, values and vision add value to those around you? I will work with you to tap into your wellspring of life experiences for leading and living well as you chart your first 100 days.

Ad hoc executive coaching gives you quick access to a focused conversation when you need it the most.
