INtwoIT Executive Coaching & Consulting is powered by systems thinking and appreciative change processes. This is due, in part, to fragmented approaches, a failure to understand the natural cycle of change, and an over- or under-emphasis of cultural attunement and economic alignment.

I am a consultant, certified executive coach and expert facilitator who specializes in leadership development for personal and organization-wide transformation. I see leadership not as an isolated event, but as a way of being in the world- with everyone! And I know it begins with self-awareness and positive intent towards others.

I believe wholeheartedly in the words of poet, David Whyte, “ that work is not a static end point or a mere exercise in providing, but a journey and a pilgrimage in which the core element of our being is tested in the world”.

In addition to my earlier degrees, I hold a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Gold-Mastery certificate in Systems Thinking and Strategic Management. I am a seasoned Appreciative Inquiry practitioner, a “wanna be” neuroscientist, and a fascinated life-long learner eager to share what I learn with others. .

For the past few years I have been pursuing a deep understanding of applied Theory U. I have held an adjunct faculty position- teaching leadership-at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine since 2004; I am an associate coach with both UBC and Knightsbridge; and I recently completed a two-year position on the City of Vancouver Women’s Advisory Committee. Most recently, I am pleased to announce my appointment as Vice Chair with Coaching The Global Village.

Business as usual does not interest me. I am impassioned by a new leadership imperative, one that invites us to embody a values-based approach in all our endeavors- and to commit to a path that puts the wellbeing of the planet and all people- before profit.

I draw my strength from nature and the great people in my midst, including my clients of course! I have been a foster parent for 12 years and have cared for over 30 teenage girls and I think they are mind bogglingly amazing! I adore, and am continually grateful to, my daughter Montana, for sparking my greatest capacity to be courageous and committed to growth and change.
